About
The space in between.
Inventus Studios is a boutique technology studio in the Seattle area. We help organizations get real value from the tools they already have, and build the software that keeps getting deferred without the layers of complexity that usually come with it.
Why we exist
Neither a big firm nor a freelancer.
The big consulting firms assign you a junior team and a 200-page strategy deck. Freelancers don't have the depth to scope a real build or roll out new tools across a workforce. We sit in between.
We move at startup speed without the startup risk. The person who quotes the work stays accountable for it from start to finish, and the relationship doesn't end after the first project.
Founder

Tim Moore
FOUNDER AND MANAGING PARTNER
Fifteen years consulting in enterprise technology, most of it inside Fortune 100 companies. He came up as a software developer and went on to lead large technical teams on projects with global reach. Technical enough to judge the work himself, experienced enough to put the right people on it.
He grew up in California and settled in the Seattle area, where he lives with his wife and two boys.
Integrity and a real relationship come first, long before there is any business to discuss. That is not a sales philosophy. It is just how he prefers to work.
Credentials
Vetted, not self-declared.
We are a certified Lovable implementation partner and a member of the Anthropic Claude Partner Network. Certification means the platforms we build on have reviewed our work. It does not mean we are tied to any one of them. We choose tools to fit the problem in front of us.

Engagement model

Most of our best client relationships don't end after the first project. We scope tightly, deliver on time, then stay close as the next thing comes up: a new build, a new training cohort, a new agent to deploy.
Fixed scope, fixed quote, no surprise invoices. Optional retainers for ongoing work. Direct Slack or email access to the people doing the work. That's the partner model.
